Judith Anne Breitlow Vanderpool, 63, passed away Dec. 10, 2017, in Athens, Ga. Judy had been battling an aggressive cancer since early 2017 and was surrounded by her loved ones on the days leading up to her death.

Judy was preceded in death by her parents, Ruth Worlds and Robert Herman Breitlow; a brother who died at birth; two of her four sisters, Joan Kirkpatrick and Janet Brown; one brother-in-law, Jim Kirkpatrick; and a nephew, Stephen Kirkpatrick.
Judy spent most of her career as a talented artist at Prairie Rose Studio in Commerce, Texas. She created both residential and corporate artwork with her then husband, Rick Vanderpool.
